Kurt J. Mang, President / Chief Executive Officer
As a construction industry business owner since May of 2001, Kurt founded K.T. Construction Services, Inc. in December of 2010. Kurt oversees all aspects of operations for the company. Kurt has an extensive knowledge in the field of Plastering and Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS). Kurts knowledge and expertise in construction services makes him an elite industry leader.
Tim Cramer, Vice President / Chief Estimator
Tim has over 40 years of expertise in the areas of Metal Stud Systems, Gypsum Wallboard, Acoustic Ceilings, and related Acoustic Materials. Tim assists with all operations of the company and oversees the Estimating department. Tim also manages many of our projects. Tim's strategic thinking and eye for detail makes him the best in the business.
Jack Zeitler, Estimator / Project Manager
Jack has over 25 years of experience in Metal Stud, GWB, Acoustical, EIFS and Fireproofing. Jack will not only estimate your projects, but he will also manage them from start to finish to make sure that you are given the service and attention you deserve. Jack maintains communicates with great detail and sense of urgency.
Ben Gaughan, Estimator / Project Manager
Ben has over 7 years of experience in the construction industry. Ben's expansive knowledge of building materials, understanding the requirements for construction projects and communicating with our customers throughout all phases of the job is fundamental to project success.
Brett J. Cramer, Superintendent – Brett has over 10 years of experience working in carpentry, and as a Foremen. Brett has gained great knowledge with interior & exterior building systems in which promotion to Superintendent was inevitable. Brett's leadership, professionalism and integrity continues to show through his work managing both Carpentry and Finishing departments, ensuring that all work is done effectively and efficiently.
Kathy Harris, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Bookkeeping
Kathy has over 22 years of experience in Office Management and bookkeeping. Kathy wears many hats in this business. Kathy handles all the financials, manages the office and makes sure everything is running smoothly. Kathy is the heart of the business.
Christine Provenzano, Executive Assistant / Human Resource Specialist
Christine has over 10 years of experience in Office Management/HR and Payroll services. Christine processes the company wide payroll and performs all human resource functionalities to ensure the compliance of state and federal regulations.
